My work is created from a place of stillness.  When that stillness begins to flutter, begins to create images, words, or feelings...then I know it's time to let it go.  For me...it's like breathing out my inner world onto a canvas or paper .  It's how I tell my story, and I hope my work engages the viewer in a way that stirs up a memory, a feeling or simply a smile.
